Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. At DialgyStore, we aim to provide flexibility for our customers when it comes to order cancellations. Please read our policy below:

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first.

  • Once an order is shipped or marked as "Processing for Dispatch," it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Provide your order number and reason for cancellation. Our support team will confirm the status and process your request.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.

4. Exceptions

We do not accept cancellations for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Orders already shipped or in transit

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your order is delayed or fails to deliver due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., logistics issues), please reach out to our support team for assistance. A refund, store credit, or reshipment may be offered depending on the situation.
