  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the case.
