• Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount (e.g., ₦30,000). This threshold can be updated based on your business needs.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours:

• Item not delivered

• Wrong item received

• Damaged package

We’ll investigate and resolve the issue by reshipping, refunding, or offering store credit.

6. International Shipping

Currently, DialgyStore only ships within Nigeria. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the near future.

7. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
